International Radiation Detectors, Inc.SXUV 100mjBecause semiconductor photodiodes will become nonlinear after exposure to UV/EUV pulses with pulse energy in excess of 20 microjoules SXUV100mj has been developed with a front attenuator to reduce the energy impinging on the SXUV detector. These devices can be used to measure UV/EUV pulse energy as high as one millijoule.
