Responsivity

Figure 1 shows the typical responsivity of the SXUV series diodes. As seen in the figure, responsivity of SXUV photodiodes is significantly lower than responsivity of the AXUV series diodes which are the present NIST silicon transfer standards. Attempts are being made presently to increase the responsivity of the SXUV series devices.

Although responsivity stability of the SXUV series diodes is excellent, lot to lot responsivity variation in these devices can be as high as 20%. However, devices with a specific responsivity can be selected if desired.
